Eventually tea and coffee arrived but no milk so waited again whilst the staff were buzzing around other guests. After declining this offer the afternoon seemed to go even more down hill. eventually asked would we want to upgrade to one of the other teas as we only had the first choice on the menu. a table where we sat for over 10 minutes before being spoken to.
What a let down …first kept waiting to be seated when it was half empty, eventually seen and taken to. Gifted a voucher for afternoon for two at the Grosvenor Hotel Chester for my 60th Birthday which my wife and I were looking forward to!
